We are a small business and due to the nature of the products we sell, we cannot accept returns unless a product is defective from the factory. If an item is defective, please contact us immediately so that we can work with you on a resolution. Photos and your cooperation in explaining the defect will be needed. If the merchandise is damaged in transit, please notify the carrier (USPS) and contact us immediately. All shipments are insured. Please understand that returned merchandise without prior authorization will not be accepted or credited.
Shipments are made by ground method and shipped only to the continental USA. For your ease of ordering, we charge a flat rate to ship any amount of product to you. Currently, we are shipping via USPS. Orders are insured and tracking numbers will be made available. Orders placed during the week will be shipped out within a day of receipt. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed on Monday. Standard holidays may delay processing and shipping times.
